Market Activations Officer at Pad-up Creations

About the Role

Pad-Up Creations, Africa's leading producer of washable and reusable sanitary products, is seeking a passionate and result-driven Market Activation Officer to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on creating awareness, driving product visibility, and ensuring strong market penetration through effective field activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute market activation campaigns and events
• Drive brand visibility, awareness, and product adoption in target markets
• Engage distributors, retailers, and customers through on-the-ground marketing
• Collect and analyze market feedback to support sales and product strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with market stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all activation activities

Required Qualifications

• NCE/ND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, marketing, or field activation
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets
• Energetic, proactive, and willing to travel
• Experience in FMCG/consumer products (advantageous)

Location & Relocation

Applicants must be residents of Minna or willing to relocate to Minna. We offer two months accommodation to applicants willing to relocate.
