Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree, MBA, or professional qualification is an added advantage)
• Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent)
• 7-10 years of experience in banking or microfinance, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
• Proven track record in driving business development, operational efficiency, and strategic execution
• Proactive and dynamic leadership capability with ability to drive growth and foster innovation
