About the Role

A reputable organization is seeking a Managing Director to lead their newly established rig services division. You will be responsible for delivering high-performance drilling and workover operations, as well as managing infrastructure services across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee drilling and workover operations
• Manage infrastructure services across Nigeria
• Lead multi-rig operations
• Drive high-performance operational standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in oilfield services
• At least 5 years in executive leadership roles
• Proven experience managing land rigs, workover rigs, and multi-rig operations
• Strong understanding of Nigerian oil & gas regulations, market dynamics, and local content policies
• Demonstrated success in startup or scale-up environments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification
