## Title: Manager - Flow Station

Position Overview

The Manager - Flow Station is responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the flow station/production facility. This role oversees all activities related to oil and gas separation, treatment, storage, and export, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining strict compliance with HSE and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Direct day-to-day operations of the flow station, including oil/gas/water separation, pressure control, and export pumping
  • Monitor production parameters and optimize processes to maximize output and reduce downtime

Production Management

  • Ensure daily, monthly, and annual production targets are met in coordination with field engineers and reservoir teams
  • Oversee metering, measurement, and reporting of crude oil and associated gas

Maintenance & Reliability

  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for equipment such as separators, compressors, pumps, and SCADA/DCS systems
  • Approve and manage plant shutdowns, startups, and turnarounds

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Enforce company and regulatory HSE policies to prevent accidents, spills, or equipment failures
  • Lead emergency response activities during incidents

People Management

  • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of operators, technicians, and engineers
  • Develop training plans, conduct performance reviews, and maintain a competent workforce

Regulatory & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with local government regulations and international oil & gas standards (API/ISO/OSHA)
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and incident logs to senior management

Budget & Cost Control

  • Manage the station's operating budget, control costs, and recommend efficiency improvements

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
