We are recruiting a Manager – Business Development to lead our business growth initiatives. This role requires strong business development, management, and leadership competencies to drive revenue performance, budget implementation, and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development strategy and execution to increase market share
• Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts in the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power, and Engineering Services industries
• Manage budgets, revenue targets, and profit optimization
• Build and motivate a high-performing team aligned with revenue objectives
• Drive sales in technical services and professional services sectors

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant business development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Engineering
• Proven track record of success in technical sales, professional services, or FMCG industry
• Strong existing network in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Power, or Engineering Services sectors
• Demonstrated ability to develop and expand industry contacts
