Management Accountant/ Head of Finance at Tusen Consulting

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. This role requires a qualified accountant to manage all financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and analysis. You will supervise staff handling billing and bank transactions and work closely with the Centre's operations team and Head Office Finance and Procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely management and financial accounts with accurate monthly reporting
• Undertake all day-to-day financial transactions and credit control functions
• Prepare monthly management accounts for the business unit
• Assist the GM Financial Reporting with preparation of consolidated group financial statements and year-end work
• Prepare yearly budgets and undertake quarterly, monthly, and weekly performance reviews
• Upgrade financial processes and systems
• Lead the Centre audit
• Conduct financial forecasts and analysis for each potential Centre as part of growth initiatives
• Maintain close liaison with the GM Financial Reporting to resolve issues
• Manage cash planning, monitoring, and control
• Complete additional ad hoc duties as directed by Management

Required Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• At least 10 years' experience in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar management role
• Demonstrated experience in staff management

Working Conditions

Some weekend and late working will be required.
