Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Coordinator Procurement & Logistics
- Coordinate planned and corrective maintenance activities for vessels and related logistics assets Track maintenance schedules, defect reports, and work orders
- Liaise with vessel crew, technical teams, shipyards, and service providers
Requirements:
& Qualifications
- Minimum of BSc in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in maritime maintenance coordination, technical procurement, or logistics operations
- Working knowledge of vessel maintenance systems and marine spare parts
- Source, raise, and process purchase requisitions for vessel spare parts, tools, consumables, and technical services
- Liaise with approved vendors, suppliers, and freight forwarders
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory levels
