## Title: Maintenance Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our maintenance team at Jemimah Nigeria Limited. You will deliver first-class reactive repairs and maintenance services while ensuring a customer-focused approach to all residents and stakeholders.

Working closely with contractors and clients, you will help provide efficient and effective pumping machine services. You will report to the Senior Maintenance Officer and benefit from the support of an experienced team, with opportunities to develop a wide range of skills in the maintenance field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver reactive repairs and maintenance services
  • Provide customer-focused service to all residents and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with contractors and clients to ensure efficient and effective pumping machine operations
  • Extract and interpret maintenance data
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and operating procedures

Requirements

  • SSCE, OND, or HND qualification
  • 1-4 years of experience in maintenance or related field
  • Strong administrative and ICT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication abilities with diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent teamwork and commitment to customer service
  • Strict adherence to company policies and operating procedures
