Maintenance Manager at Recare

About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager with excellent management capabilities and industry expertise to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. You will drive our mission to empower individuals to embrace their unique sense of style through effective facility and equipment management.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee all maintenance-related work
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to detect and resolve problems
• Plan and manage all repair and installation activities
• Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs
• Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facility equipment to ensure optimal functionality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline
• 15 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry
• Minimum 5 years in a similar Maintenance Manager position
• Proficiency in MS Office Software
