## Title: Maintenance Manager
About the Role
Belanova Apartments and Suites is seeking a qualified Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance processes and operations at our Lagos facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations
- Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance activities
- Maintain all machinery to ensure it meets working standards
- Create and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular facility inspections to detect and resolve problems
- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities
- Ensure all department workers adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates
- Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs
- Oversee equipment inventory and place orders for new supplies as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance
- Good understanding of technical features in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, facility management, or a similar field
- Previous managerial experience
