Maintenance Manager at Belanova Apartments and Suites

About the Role

Belanova Apartments and Suites is seeking a qualified Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance processes and operations at our Lagos facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations
• Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance activities
• Maintain all machinery to ensure it meets working standards
• Create and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
• Conduct regular facility inspections to detect and resolve problems
• Plan and manage all repair and installation activities
• Ensure all department workers adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates
• Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs
• Oversee equipment inventory and place orders for new supplies as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance
• Good understanding of technical features in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
• Strong knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, facility management, or a similar field
• Previous managerial experience
