About the Role

Nautilus Nigeria Engineering and Construction Limited seeks a dedicated Machinery Lead III to oversee discipline engineering work and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This position plays a critical role in facilitating effective execution of engineering and design routines while maintaining clear communication across teams and departments.

Main Responsibilities

• Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed by internal teams, contractors, and sub-contractors
• Ensure work execution complies with company specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines aligned with team goals, objectives, and procedures
• Assure accurate and timely communication among team members and other company functions regarding discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues
• Demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to support team effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering specialty, or equivalent professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
• Strong leadership skills that align with company mission, vision, and values
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
• Fluent in English (written, spoken, and read), with strong technical and business communication skills
