Main Function

The manager will oversee all aspects of 18-hour operations and reports directly to the Chairman/Consultant.

The manager will provide strategic direction for employees to enhance customer experience and ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business.

Specific Duties and Activities

Operations

• Oversee and manage the daily affairs of all units across outlets in accordance with the 18-hour mission and vision statement
• Maximize financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development while maintaining established quality standards
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation in all departments and conduct routine operational checks
• Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and make sound financial and business decisions
• Achieve profit, customer service, and revenue goals for the 18-hour operation
• Ensure monthly financial targets are met for rooms, food and beverages, and administration
• Coordinate, oversee, and manage all departments and service units on a daily basis
• Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the Lounge and restaurant
• Execute any other responsibilities assigned by management

Food and Beverage

• Collaborate with chefs to ensure proper menu engineering
• Develop creative food ideas to drive sales growth
• Create and reinvent compelling menus for all six outlets on an ongoing basis
• Supervise food and beverage service staff and establish operational policies
• Foster a positive team atmosphere
