Logistics Supervisor at SKLD integrated Services LLC

About the Role

An established company is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join their team. You will take ownership of fleet and logistics operations, converting current processes into an efficient, safe, and cost-effective operational program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a safe, cost-efficient, and resilient logistics strategy
• Convert current logistics processes into an operational fleet program
• Ensure all fleet and logistics needs are met according to schedule feasibility in both short-term and long-term windows
• Manage the department on fleet and logistics issues, ensuring operations meet required resilience levels
• Optimize fleet and logistics requirements from all stakeholders including commercial, ecommerce, sales, B&M, Admin, and Procurement
• Maintain appropriate fleet levels for peak and off-peak seasons, coordinating changes as required
• Optimize fleet route planning and logistics movements
• Oversee all fleet and logistics operations, including reporting and distribution to key stakeholders
• Manage third-party logistics partnerships, including cargo options via air and land transportation (within and outside Lagos)

Required Qualifications

• HND or B.Sc in a related field
• Excellent coordination and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
