About the Role

Harmony Sanitary is seeking a qualified Logistics Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. You will be responsible for managing logistics operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient product distribution to our customers.

Location

Orile Iganmu / Coker, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate information on waybills
• Update waybill documentation and logs
• Ensure prompt distribution of products to customers as requested
• Prevent product damage during handling and storage
• Provide logistics reports as needed
• Monitor sales of products through branch stock reports before releasing inventory
• Ensure products are picked up and delivered to customers on schedule
• Manage ad hoc projects relating to stock and system management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 2–4 years of logistics or related experience
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proven relationship-building abilities
• Excellent teamworking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
