Logistics Account Officer

Brief Description In-charge of receiving all jobs orders with trip allowance request and checking to confirm request comply with criteria of job. Duties - Receive Jobs Orders with Trip Allowance Request (Diesel and Road Expenses) - Checks and Confirm Request comply with criteria of the Job  - Checks if All approval are done  - Check if Account Stated for posting is correct with Asset  - Send to Account Department for payment  - Receive Signed Copies of Delivery Note and waybills  - Send to Account Department for Retirement  - Send to Logistics Invoicing unit for posting Competencies - Team player - Strong level of accuracy  - Strong communication skills - Flexible - Great attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure - Deadline-Oriented - Trustworthy and dependable Minimum Requirements - BSc or its equivalent in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. With 2-5 years of relevant working experience.
