About the Company

Motion Yield Nigeria Limited is a financial services company specializing in loan facilities for salary earners. We are seeking Sales and Marketing Officers to evaluate loan applications and serve as liaisons between customers and our financial institution, helping qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner.

Position Overview

As a Loan Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing prospects, marketing loan products, and guiding qualified applicants through the loan acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source suitable prospects and market loan products
• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and loan feasibility
• Communicate with clients to request or provide information
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
• Assess customer needs, explore available options, and introduce appropriate loan products
• Meet sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum OND diploma or BSc degree
• Prior experience as a Loan Officer (preferable but not compulsory)
• Solid understanding of direct and indirect lending products and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer satisfaction orientation and demonstrated sales competencies
• Ability to work effectively in a goal-oriented environment
