About the Role

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a qualified Loan Officer to facilitate lending for our clients by assessing creditworthiness and processing relevant paperwork across Lagos State.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process loan requests
• Assess clients' financial status and creditworthiness
• Evaluate financial risks and approve or reject loan applications
• Contact clients to gather financial data and required documentation
• Prepare loan applications and analyse risk ratios
• Set up and manage payment plans
• Maintain updated records of all loan applications
• Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals
• Monitor progress of existing loans
• Conduct weekly repayment collection

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as a Loan Officer
• Minimum of 3 years group lending experience
• Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products
• Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• NCE, OND, HND, or BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field
