Loan Officer at LEAD Enterprise Support Company Limited

Job Objective

Key Responsibilities

• Market loan products applicable to the role
• Interview clients and conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments
• Prepare loan documents for client completion
• Verify and appraise clients' and guarantors' businesses
• Submit loan proposals for Credit Committee approval
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all loan documents
• Follow up on client loan repayments
• Monitor loan performance and portfolio status post-disbursement

Key Performance Indicators

• Mobilization of new clients relative to target
• Number of borrowers relative to target
• Volume of loan disbursement and revenue generated relative to target
• Portfolio at Risk (PAR) >1 day maintained at no more than 1%
• Growth in borrower numbers relative to target
• Portfolio growth in relation to target

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience
