About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Loan Collection Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recovering loans and managing client relationships through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Recover loans via calls and SMS
• Negotiate repayment plans with clients
• Maintain accurate and detailed records
• Escalate complex cases as needed
• Meet collection targets

Requirements

• OND/NCE qualification (B.Sc. is a plus)
• Minimum 1+ year of collections experience
• Android smartphone
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• ₦120,000 gross salary
• Bonus up to ₦100,000
