Key Responsibilities
- Recover loans through calls and SMS communications
- Negotiate and establish repayment plans with clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions
- Escalate complex cases appropriately
- Meet and exceed assigned collection targets
Required Qualifications
- SSCE, GCE, or NECO qualification
- 0 - 2 years of relevant experience
- Android smartphone
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset and performance orientation
