Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and professional private household chef to prepare daily meals for a family. The ideal candidate is skilled in both Nigerian and Western cuisine, with excellent hygiene standards and expertise in fresh ingredient handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily
• Cook a diverse mix of Nigerian and Western meals according to family preferences
• Assist with menu planning based on family dietary needs and preferences
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Support grocery planning and ingredient sourcing

Cuisine Expertise

Nigerian Cuisine: Traditional Nigerian dishes and family favourites

Western / International Cuisine:

• Pasta, pizza, and Western-style chicken and meat dishes
• Fresh salads, sandwiches, and smoothies

Breakfast Preparation:

• Eggs prepared in various styles
• Oatmeal, smoothies, and light continental breakfast items
