A Live-in Housekeeper maintains a residence's cleanliness, performs daily chores, and manages household tasks. Responsibilities include laundry, meal preparation, and general upkeep, ensuring a comfortable, well-organized living environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
• Perform laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and folding clothes
• Make beds and change linens as required
• Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and request refills as needed
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used and stored appropriately
• Notify management of any maintenance issues or repairs needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to any inquiries or requests
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing job duties

Requirements

• NCE, OND, SSCE, GCE, or NECO qualification
• Extensive experience in housekeeping and cleaning
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning
• Good communication skills for interacting with homeowners and other staff
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and bending
• Willingness to live on-site in the employer's residence
