Literacy Specialist, Voice Note & Written Work Reviewer

Position Overview: - The Literacy Specialist & Voice Note / Written Work Reviewer is responsible for supporting the literacy development of children aged 6–17 by reviewing written submissions and voice notes, assessing reading comprehension, grammar, clarity of expression, and overall communication skills. - The role involves providing timely, constructive feedback that helps learners improve their reading and writing abilities, while supporting SisuBloom’s commitment to high-quality, child-focused education. Key Duties - Review and assess students’ written work for literacy progress - Listen to and evaluate students’ voice note submissions - Identify strengths and areas for improvement in reading, writing, and grammar - Provide clear, constructive, and age-appropriate feedback - Support students’ overall language development and confidence - Maintain accuracy and consistency in assessments Note - This is a remote, part-time role suited to an experienced professional with a strong command of English and a passion for children’s literacy development.
