A candidate for Library Officer I should possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum grade of Second Class Lower Division in Library and Information Science, or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Library and Information Science with a minimum of Upper Credit. If holding a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of Three (3) years of experience is required; if holding an HND, a minimum of Five (5) years of experience in library operations, cataloging, or reference services is necessary.
