Key Responsibilities

• Support management in decision-making by providing legal advice on property transactions and investments
• Maintain and update legal records, company policies, and contract databases
• Handle client and legal inquiries related to property ownership, documentation, and disputes
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and external solicitors where necessary
• Assist in dispute resolution, litigation preparation, and mediation processes
• Conduct periodic training for staff on legal awareness, compliance, and documentation procedures
