Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance and support to senior management and staff
• Develop and implement legal strategies to minimize risks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Manage legal documentation, contracts, and agreements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel

Requirements

• LL.B or LL.M in Law
• Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the microfinance sector
• Proven track record of managing legal teams and providing strategic guidance
