## Title: Learning & Development (L&D) Manager
About the Role
A reputable construction company is seeking a highly driven and strategic Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to design, implement, and manage the organization's learning strategy. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying training needs, developing learning programs, and fostering a culture of continuous growth and professional development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's learning and development strategy in line with business goals
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and learning priorities across departments
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules
- Collaborate with department heads to create competency frameworks and career development paths
- Manage the company's learning management system (LMS) and ensure accurate training records
- Assess the effectiveness of learning interventions using metrics, feedback, and performance outcomes
- Manage relationships with external training vendors, consultants, and certification bodies
- Prepare and manage the annual L&D budget and report on ROI of learning initiatives
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, coaching, and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Learning and Development, preferably within a structured organization
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Proficient in developing and evaluating training programs and competency frameworks
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or relevant certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or LDNI
