Position Overview
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Lead, Human Resources & Operations is responsible for cultivating a values-driven, inclusive, and effective workplace culture. This role provides strategic leadership in human resources, organizational culture, talent acquisition and retention, employee well-being, and daily operations. The leader ensures that all internal systems align with the organization's core values of dignity, accountability, professionalism, and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead talent strategy including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and performance management
- Drive initiatives that foster organizational culture, psychological safety, and staff morale
- Oversee effective HR policies, labor law compliance, compensation frameworks, and exit procedures
- Implement practices that support diversity and equity
