Key Responsibilities

• Develop original, thought-provoking design solutions across branding, editorial, digital, and environmental design
• Execute beautifully crafted work with strong command of typography, composition, colour, and materiality
• Uphold the highest standards of excellence, ensuring every project is rooted in strategy, concept, and execution
• Lead and execute brand identities and design initiatives that are meaningful and purposeful
• Push boundaries and fight for great ideas, serving as the guardian of design integrity in every project
• Inspire and lead a small team, helping them sharpen their craft and think bigger
• Educate and guide clients through the design process, helping them understand the reasoning behind creative solutions
• Stay ahead of design trends, movements, and cultural shifts to keep work fresh, relevant, and powerful
• Champion design thinking as a foundation for problem-solving across projects
