Lead, Deposit Mobilization at D-Arsh Capital Limited

About the Role

An established financial services company is seeking a Lead, Deposit Mobilization to oversee and drive deposit mobilization efforts across retail and institutional channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate the activities of the mobilization team to drive deposit mobilization objectives
• Source appropriately priced and structured deposit liabilities for the company from retail and institutional sources
• Cultivate new high-net-worth individual (HNI) clientele on an ongoing basis
• Meet assigned sales targets and quotas
• Cultivate and maintain courteous and efficient relationships with HNI clients
• Provide timely responses to customer feedback and other client-related issues or requests
• Participate in creating new marketing strategies based on field experience
• Innovate and develop attractive value-added deposit products and marketing strategies
• Manage wealth for HNI customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in banking or financial/treasury sector as a liability generation officer
• Knowledge of banking, accounting, finance, and tax regulations
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
