## Title: Kitchen & Bar Records Administrator

About the Role

A growing hospitality business in Surulere is seeking a detail-oriented Kitchen & Bar Records Administrator to handle administrative and record-keeping tasks. The ideal candidate will support management by maintaining accurate documentation, tracking daily operations, and ensuring smooth back-office workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily sales records for restaurant and bar operations
  • Update stock usage, requisitions, and inventory logs
  • Prepare basic reports for management including sales, expenses, and stock movements
  • Assist with staff attendance records and shift documentation
  • Handle filing, data entry, and other clerical duties
  • Support front office and management with administrative tasks
  • Ensure documents are properly stored, organized, and updated
  • Cross-check POS reports, sales summaries, and cash records

Requirements

  • Minimum SSCE/OND qualification
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of record keeping, documentation, and reporting
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to use MS Word, Excel, or POS reporting tools
  • Reliability, honesty, and discipline
  • Prior experience in hospitality or clerical work is an added advantage
