## Title: Key Account Manager - Enterprise Solutions
Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will engage C-level executives and decision-makers, positioning Wragby as a trusted advisor while driving business growth through the delivery of Microsoft solutions and services. You will manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals and account management, while ensuring long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer business outcomes
- Build and manage strong relationships with customers and partners
- Drive year-over-year growth in billed revenue, professional services, and customer lifetime value
- Lead sales engagements that deliver digital transformation outcomes
- Maintain healthy sales pipelines and exceed revenue targets
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring valuable and lasting relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in SMB/Corporate Sales, preferably with Microsoft Solutions & Services, Business Applications (Dynamics or SAP)
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and influence stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with creativity, persistence, and a results-driven mindset
