Job Summary
BOGO Beverages is seeking a motivated Key Account Executive to manage and grow strategic relationships with key accounts in the modern trade and HORECA channels. You will be responsible for ensuring effective distribution, maximising sales, visibility, and brand presence for a premium portfolio of wines, spirits, and energy drinks. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of the Nigerian beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in modern trade and HORECA channels
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned portfolio
- Ensure full product availability and visibility across assigned outlets
- Execute trade marketing activities and promotional plans tailored for each key account
- Collaborate with distributors and internal logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability
- Monitor competitor activities and report on trends, pricing, and promotional strategies
- Negotiate trade terms, contracts, and promotions with key accounts
- Track account performance and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Train outlet staff on product knowledge and brand standards
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, pricing, and merchandising guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG/Alcoholic Beverage industry
- At least 2 years managing key accounts in Nigeria
- Solid understanding of the Nigerian modern trade and HORECA landscape
