Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Technicians to join our technical team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering who are passionate about hands-on work, troubleshooting, and technical installations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical or mechanical systems and equipment
• Support in troubleshooting system faults and implementing corrective actions
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned systems
• Provide on-site technical support during project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company operational procedures
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and reports
• Collaborate with the engineering and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: B.Eng, HND, or ND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (industrial attachment or NYSC experience is acceptable)
• Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical systems and troubleshooting methods
• Proficient in the use of basic hand tools and measuring instruments
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with solar or inverter systems
