Junior Graphics Designer

Position Overview: - The Junior Graphic Designer supports the creative team in executing design tasks for print and digital projects. This role is ideal for an early-career designer eager to grow technical skills, creativity, and industry experience under supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in creating designs for print and digital materials - Prepare artwork files for production and printing - Make revisions based on feedback from senior team members - Support branding, marketing, and promotional projects - Maintain organized design files and assets - Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in designs Performance Expectations - Timely completion of assigned tasks - Continuous improvement in design skills - Accurate and error-free design outputs Requirements: & Qualifications - OND/HND/B.Sc. in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience) - Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Basic understanding of typography, layout, and color - Willingness to learn and take direction Core Skills & Competencies: - Creativity and enthusiasm for design - Attention to detail - Ability to meet deadlines - Good communication and teamwork skills.
