Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer within the Digital & Creative Projects Department, located in Jos, Nigeria.
The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the digital marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality visuals across digital platforms, print materials, and product packaging.
You'll play a key role in bringing creative ideas to life, maintaining consistent brand standards, and supporting the development of campaigns that reflect organizational excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visuals for digital platforms, print materials, and product packaging
- Collaborate with digital marketing and creative teams on campaign development
- Maintain consistent brand standards across all design outputs
- Manage multiple design projects and file formats simultaneously
- Present design concepts and ideas to team members and stakeholders
Hard Skills Required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and Figma
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, composition, and branding principles
- Experience designing for digital platforms (web, mobile, social media)
- Ability to create print designs for brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging
- Proficiency in file management and multiple file formats (JPEG, PNG, EPS, PDF)
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles (advantageous)

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or creative environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work
