Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and editing content across blogs, newsletters, social media, and email campaigns
- Support the maintenance of the editorial calendar and ensure timely publishing
- Research industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points to support content development
- Repurpose content into lighter formats such as infographics, social posts, and bite-sized updates
- Help in proofreading, fact-checking, and ensuring content accuracy
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams on content tasks
- Learn and apply SEO basics, analytics, and content performance tracking
- Contribute to organizing webinars, podcasts, or other digital events
