Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a remote team of janitorial staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination of tasks
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all facilities
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide training and support to team members on best practices and safety procedures
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by team members or stakeholders
• Foster a positive and productive team environment that encourages professional growth and development

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a janitorial or facilities management role
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a remote team effectively
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment

• Ability to communicate effectively across various channels and maintain team morale
