IT Support Engineer

Position Overview: - We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Support Engineer to join our team. - The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on technical activities, good Networking and server management knowledge, outstanding problem solving and communication skills maintaining relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Interacting with customers is a significant part of this IT Rep role. - Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, untilthey’ve solved a technical issue - Installing and configuring Computer systems - Carry out Network installation from Layer 1 to at least Layer 3 - Monitor logged tickets and identify potential issues proactively - Maintain relationships with new and existing clients. - Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, highlightingfeatures and benefits. - Prepare regular technical reports for the team, Supervisor review, and meetings. - Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup andnetwork configuration. Requirements: - Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 5 years of experience. - Knowledge and hands-on configuration of Active Directory - Hands-on Kyocera and HP printing machines, both hardware and software - Good understanding of computer systems - Good knowledge/hands-on experience with CCTV Surveillance systems - Good knowledge/ familiarity with Cisco, Sophos, and Microsoft 365.
