Role Overview
We're looking for a creative and technically-savvy professional to help us grow our digital presence and support internal IT needs. This is a hybrid role with a major focus on social media management (70%) and basic IT support (30%). You'll craft content, engage with our online community, generate leads, and provide first-level tech assistance to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) — content creation, posting, and engagement
- Generate and track leads from social media; support the sales team
- Monitor social media performance and produce regular analytics reports
- Respond to customer inquiries via social media channels
- Provide frontline IT support: troubleshoot PCs, printers, internet, and email issues
- Install and maintain basic software; manage digital assets
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management and basic IT support
- Strong content creation skills (graphics, copywriting)
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools
- Good problem-solving and customer service attitude
- Basic troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, connectivity)
Salary Range
N120,000 – N150,000 per month. This will be reviewed upwards after the probation period based on satisfactory performance.
