Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in IT monitoring, help desk, or related role
• Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, SolarWinds, Nagios, Manage Engine)
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
