## Title: IT Sales and Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The IT Sales & Business Development Manager will lead the company's efforts to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across strategic IT service areas, including Managed Services, Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Software Development, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Cloud Computing. This role is responsible for translating complex technology solutions into clear business value, developing new business opportunities, closing high-value deals, and building long-term client relationships to support the company's strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in IT managed services, AI & RPA, software development, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cloud solutions
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across enterprise, government, and SME markets
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, bids, and solution demonstrations
  • Negotiate high-value contracts with favourable terms while safeguarding profitability
  • Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline, reporting directly to the CEO

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities in the IT space
  • Develop go-to-market plans for new services, solutions, and geographic markets
  • Establish strategic alliances with vendors, OEMs, technology providers, and channel partners to strengthen the company's market position
  • Represent the company at IT trade fairs, industry conferences, and networking forums

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key influencers
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning IT solutions with business transformation goals
