Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for IT projects. perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing. - Ensure defect tracking and resolution using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps - Enforce QA standards and support compliance With CBN and NDIC regulations - Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure quality delivery. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Cornputer Science, IT, or related field. - 3—5years' experience in QA or software testing within banking or financial services proficienq• in manual and autornated testing of web, mobile, and enterprise applications. - Familiarity with SDLC, Agile practices, and QA tools (eg, Selenium postmanL - ISTQB, CSTE. or Agile Testing certification an advantage.
