About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the execution of technology initiatives that power secure, scalable, and high-performance financial systems. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end delivery of projects across infrastructure, software development, and platform optimization, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the full lifecycle of technology and software delivery projects from initiation to deployment and support
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, QA, and infrastructure engineers to ensure projects meet business and compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, risk registers, change logs, and progress reports
• Oversee integration of payment systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance
• Track and report project performance against milestones, deliverables, and budgets
• Identify potential project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early and execute effective mitigation plans
• Collaborate with internal security and compliance teams to ensure all technology projects adhere to regulatory, data protection, and cybersecurity standards
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and technology partners to deliver projects efficiently
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes and continuously improve delivery practices

Requirements
