An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Summary - The IT Officer will provide technical support, maintain banking applications, oversee system security, and support digital infrastructure for optimal operations. Key Responsibilities - Manage core banking application and troubleshoot system issues. - Maintain network connectivity and user accounts. - Ensure data backups, cybersecurity compliance, and IT documentation. - Support digital banking channels and hardware maintenance. - Liaise with vendors for system updates and repairs. Requirements - HND / B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 1 – 3 years experience in IT support (financial services preferred). - Familiarity with core banking software, networking, and system administration.
