As an IT Manager/Director, you will manage and maintain the organization's technology infrastructure, systems, software, and networks while developing IT strategies, implementing solutions, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to meet business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, train, and supervise IT staff, including hiring, performance management, and professional development
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support business goals, improve efficiency, and enhance security
• Oversee the design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, including networks, operating systems, hardware, software, servers, and databases
• Monitor and optimize network performance, reliability, and security, implementing measures to prevent downtime, data loss, and cyber threats
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to IT staff
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as department heads, executives, and end-users, to understand IT needs, prioritize projects, and deliver solutions
• Evaluate and recommend IT solutions, technologies, and vendors, conducting research, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, regulations, and best practices, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO standards
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, conducting regular tests and exercises to ensure readiness
• Manage IT budgets, expenditures, and procurement processes, negotiating contracts, licenses, and service agreements with vendors and suppliers
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
