About the Role

The Information Technology Manager is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks of the organization, while providing technical support to the business. This role ensures that all company IT infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the organization's computer systems and networks
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Provide technical support across the company and group-wide, both in-person and over the phone
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Diagnose and solve hardware, software, and application problems
• Set up accounts and access for new users
• Repair, replace, and procure equipment as necessary across the group
• Liaison with internet service providers to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and manage related payments
• Test and evaluate new technology solutions
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT systems, policies, and procedures
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner
• Preserve organizational assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems
• Define, deliver, and support strategic plans for implementing information technologies
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to support organizational policy
• Perform other functions as assigned
