About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT & Facility Manager to oversee both the technological and infrastructural aspects of our office operations. This role requires a professional with expertise in computer hardware and software repair & maintenance while also efficiently managing a two-wing, four-story building facility. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of electrical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and facility management functions.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Maintenance

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Perform routine system updates, troubleshooting, and data backups
• Ensure the smooth operation of all office IT infrastructure, including servers, printers, and communication systems
• Provide technical support to staff and assist with IT-related challenges
• Implement cybersecurity best practices to safeguard company data

Facility Management

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of a two-wing, four-story office facility
• Supervise the upkeep of office infrastructure, including air conditioning, plumbing, and security systems
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and facility improvements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Monitor and maintain the power supply, backup systems, and generators

Electrical & Technical Oversight

• Conduct regular electrical inspections and ensure proper wiring and equipment functionality
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and oversee minor repairs or liaise with external technicians
• Ensure that all electrical installations meet safety standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in IT and/or facility management
