Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for an IT Analyst Intern located in Lekki. You will support IT operations and contribute to various technology initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support IT operations and day-to-day technical functions
• Perform system monitoring and maintenance
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
• Assist in network management activities
• Develop and document IT processes and procedures
• Assist in various IT projects and initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications

• Technical support skills, including hardware and software troubleshooting
• Experience in system monitoring and maintenance
• Basic knowledge of network management and IT operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications or coursework in Information Technology or related field
