Position Overview
We are seeking a commercially astute Investor Relations Manager to drive investor engagement, expand client portfolios, and support capital growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial markets knowledge with proven relationship management and business development capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire, retain, and grow investor relationships
- Own and exceed annual sales and portfolio growth targets
- Provide investment advisory support aligned with client objectives and risk profiles
- Identify alternative funding opportunities and optimize cost of capital
- Maintain strong awareness of regulatory developments and financial market trends
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and management reports
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and internal governance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Treasury Sales, Investor Relations, Business Development, or Financial Advisory
- MBA or relevant professional certification is an advantage
